Universal’s Real Estate Development Division has completed more than 1,500 units of afford housing, commercial, retail, public education facilities and theaters. Working with community residents, Universal has created several neighborhood master plans that guide our development activity over an extended period of time. To implement the plan Universal has successfully solicited and secured private and public funding. Not only does Universal plan and finance these projects, but we oversee the construction and management of these projects.
